To rent a bike from Explore On Wheels, you must provide a valid original Driving License (DL) and an Aadhar card for identity verification. For international visitors, a valid passport and an international driving permit are required.

Yes, a refundable security deposit of ₹500.00 is required for all our rentals. The deposit is collected at the time of pickup and is refunded in full after the bike is returned on time and in its original condition.

We have a "same-to-same" fuel policy. The vehicle will be provided with a certain level of fuel, and you are required to return it with the same amount. If the fuel is low upon return, refueling charges will be deducted from your security deposit.

Our rentals include a generous limit of 200 kilometers per day. If you exceed this limit, an additional charge of ₹2.00 per extra kilometer will be applicable. The total kilometers driven is calculated from the start and end meter readings.

Yes, safety is our priority. We offer ISI-certified helmets as an optional add-on for a small fee. You can select this option at the time of booking.

Yes, we offer a "Get Bike At Your Door Step" service for your convenience. This is an extra service available for a fee and can be selected during the booking process.
